Shipping Policy

Where we ship Draftsy Design currently ships within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally.

Production time Every item is printed to order by our local South African print partner. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made.

Delivery time Once your order is dispatched, courier delivery takes 2–4 business days to most areas in South Africa. Outlying and rural areas may take a little longer.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–9 business days.

Shipping cost Standard shipping: R150 per order, anywhere in South Africa.

Tracking You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather or courier delays. If your order hasn't arrived within 9 business days, email us at draftsydesign@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Incorrect addresses Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
