Refund & Returns Policy

All products in our store are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at draftsydesign@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund — no need to return the item.

Refunds Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason. As our products are custom-made, this right applies only to items that are not personalised or made to your specifications. Contact us at draftsydesign@gmail.com to initiate a cancellation.

Sale Items & Gift Cards Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
